What your organization gets
Coverage after your office closes.
Families get answers at 9pm and on weekends, and your team starts the morning with fewer repeat questions.
Families who need a person, flagged for your team.
When a parent shares a conversation, it shows up as a follow-up in your dashboard, and you can assign it to a staff member.
A research partner for your advocates.
Staff mode turns a tough question into a quick summary, a parent-ready message and next steps.
New families, traced to where they found you.
Families who start on your widget can sign up under your name, and QR codes for flyers and front desks show which placement brought them in.
Numbers for your board and funders.
Engagement and anonymized topic trends show what your community is asking about, ready for grant reports and board updates.
Your name in front of families all year.
IEP meetings happen once a year, but questions come up all the time. Kaz keeps you present in between and sends families back to you when they need a person.
Your dashboard
See what your families are asking
Kaz sums up what parents asked about and how that changed since the last period, without identifying a family. The totals sit alongside, ready for grant reports and board updates.

Built for how you work
Parent centers and PTIs
Kaz takes first-step and after-hours questions so your advocates can focus on the cases that need them.
Providers who serve kids with disabilities
Your families ask you about school all the time. Give them a free guide for the school side, with your name on it, and stay in front of them between visits.
ABA, speech, occupational and physical therapy, pediatric clinics, special needs planners and more.
Nonprofits and advocacy organizations
Reach more families in more languages, and show funders what those families need.

Questions we hear
Will Kaz replace our advocates?
No. Kaz handles first-step, repetitive and after-hours questions so your advocates can spend their time on the cases that need them. It points families back to your team when they need a human.
Can Kaz use our local terms and processes?
Yes. Kaz supports region-specific language such as ARD in Texas and PPT in Connecticut, and can be tailored to reflect your local processes and timelines.
How do families reach Kaz?
Embed it on your website, share a custom link, or white-label it entirely. We provide onboarding support and configuration.
What do we see, and what stays private?
Parents own their data. Your organization sees which families signed up through you and any conversations or documents a family chooses to share, plus anonymized topic trends. Details are on our Trust page. Read the Trust page
Does it cost families anything?
Partner organizations pay for access, and their families use Kaz free.
What happens if we go over our plan?
We won’t cut families off mid-month, and there are no surprise charges. If you regularly go past your plan, we’ll talk about the right fit.
Can we start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with Website and upgrade anytime to give families free accounts under your name.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed each month. Website can also be billed yearly, and Annual Partner is a single invoice once a year.
Does Kaz give legal advice?
No. Kaz explains the process and parent rights in plain language and suggests when to seek professional or attorney review.
How accurate is it?
Kaz uses state-specific modules that are updated when federal or state law changes. Practicing advocates have stress-tested it in daily use, including deliberate attempts to trip it up.
Which languages does it support?
English, Spanish and French.
